The pumpkin carving contest will be in The Fresh Food Company Wednesday at noon, with scary movies and free food at the Power House Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
Thriller Thursday will feature a mesmerizing performance by hypnotist, Richard Baker in TCC Ballrooms. SMAC will end the spooky week with a Halloween feast Friday in the Fresh from 11-1 p.m., followed by the Community Halloween Carnival at 4 p.m.
A valid USM student ID is required for admission to all SMACtivity events.
Gemarco Peterson, member of SMAC, said, “A full week of programming is something new and something fun. Starting off with a trivia night and ending the week with a carnival is unprecedented. I’m really excited about it.”
SMAC is a student-run, student-funded organization that strives to offer a variety of educational and entertaining programs, open to all students free of charge, to complement the Southern Miss academic experience.
