When looking at the color wheel, it is simple to pair unexpected colors to make an outfit.
Colors that work well together:
Colors next to each other (dark and light hues of same color)
Colors at 90-degree angle to each other (Ex: violet and red-orange)
Complementary colors: violet & mustard;
The two thirds rule: triad composed of three hues that have an equal distance on the color wheel (Ex: combination of blues and yellows )
