Amber Alert: Toddler Missing

allison-studdard1 An Amber Alert has been issued for 2 year old Maliah Harris.

Harris and her parents have not been seen since her 7 month old sister was found dead in Lowndes County.

Authorities say in Columbus Don Harris and Allison Studdard, the parents, and Maliah Harris fled a home on Honnell Mill Road around 6 a.m. Wednesday after the infant, Alyssa Harris, was found not breathing.

Authorities suspect them to be traveling in a 2002 Pontiac Aztec, brown or black in color. The car may have a Georgia license plate PGR7927.

don-harrisRoger Studdard, grandfather, awoke shortly before 6 to loud noises in a hallway and came across what he thought was a fight between the couple. He then discovered it was actually the medical emergency with the child. As he called 911, the couple fled with the 2-year-old, officials said.

The coroner Greg Merchant says there were no visible signs of trauma on the baby.
